Since we first encountered Augumented reality, we are very keen about it. For 1 year we are developing a concept, that we want to develop. Development will start on the side, whitout loosing focus on our primary goals that is being involved in Industry 4.0.
There is almost always some room for improvement. We focus on writing code.
Since 2017 we are involved in development of MES Systems. Production lines have been optimized and started with this MES System.
We got our first experience in Industry 4.0. Manufacturing processes can be Interactivly optimized, that is the main goal of our company.

After alot of paperwork and 2 years of project planning and development Kaito Labs d.o.o. was founded. Our main goal is interactivly optimize work processes, without causing production deficit.
Is a computerized system used in manufacturing, to track and document the transformation of raw materials to finished goods. Our system gets data from clients ERP and starts the manufacturing process by comunicating with PLCs implemented in the production line using optimal process plan from start till end. The accsess to the HMI (Human Machine Interface) of the Mes is established across clients intranet, allowing the overview of the production line. The production outcome is send back to the ERP allowing detailed analysis of production.
Our development process is primary focused in using open source solutions, but we are flexible to adapt to our clients needs. Our backend is mostly developed with Java, for frontend we use Primefaces, JavaScript, Bootstrap and many more...
